We are a vacation rental cohosting and support service that assists homeowners with managing their own short term rental listings on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Our services are designed to support owner operated vacation rentals through guest communication assistance, cleaning coordination, maintenance coordination, calendar support, check in assistance, and day to day operational support.

We work alongside property owners to help streamline vacation rental operations while allowing owners to remain in full control of their listing, pricing, availability, house rules, and overall property decisions. Kona Cohost does not lease properties, collect rent on behalf of owners outside of platform systems, or act as a real estate brokerage or property management agency.
